Course Objective

To make students which are trying to be experts on management and organization field learn about organizational development, its historical process and intervention techniques (individual, group and system level) related to the organizations and make them understand the planned organizational change.

1   to define the concept of organizational development
2   to realize the need for change and development in organizations
3   to diagnose organizational problems
4   to analyze organizations using the steps in the organizational development stages
5   to define Individual, group and organizational functioning levels of the organization areas that require attention
6   to apply organizational intervention tecniques
