Course Objective |
To introduce the students to what the obligations of the parties are in labor law in general and to ensure that they know the main points in the face of disagreements between the employee and the employer regarding the protection, change, or interpretation of the wages and working conditions to be encountered by explaining the main characteristics and the elements of the termination of the employment contract. It is to provide detection and solutions to the encountered situations. |
