Course Objective

To analyze the process of management and organizations sociologically. To study the organizations in terms of goals, structural properties, policies, processes and culture.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to examine process of management and organizations sociologically 2   Being able to explain the theories of organization and management with examples. 3   Being able to relate social structure and organization. 4   Being able to analyze the intraorganizational processes sociologically. 5   Being able to examine the current researches about changing organizational processes.
