Course Objective

The main objective of this course is to assist students in developing a comprehensive and critical understanding of State theory through the examination of foundational texts and major thinkers in State theories. Additionally, the course aims to analyze the complex relationships between individuals, society, Classes, Power, and the State within the scientific framework of concepts and theories, based on the theorists covered within the course.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. Acquiring knowledge of foundational theories related to State.
2   2. Developing an analytical and critical thinking perspective by utilizing theories learned in the Theories of State course.
3   3. Gaining the skill to analyze historical events and facts in the light of theoretical perspectives.
4   4. Learning to enhance knowledge for evaluating current global issues and proposing possible solutions.
