Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to examine historical and forensic characteristics of genocide and the differentiation of the events which can be considered as a genocide or not.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   define the concept of genocide and its place in the international law
2   compare the obligatory immigration and genocide
3   relate the genocide and ideology
4   analyze the examples of genocide in different historical periods and regions
5   evaluate the examples of historywriting on genocide
