Course Objective

Identifying Turkish vocabulary and its richness, and through oral and written Turkish documents, showing the vocabulary and possibilities of expressions and developing the methods of vocabulary teaching in teaching a foreign language.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1	Ability to describe Turkish vocabulary and use it effectively.
2	Ability to identify and describe universal feature of vocabulary
3	Ability to use appropriate vocabulary teaching methods for teaching Turkish as a foreign language.
4	Ability to follow and comment theoretical and practical studies about lexicology, and suggest a proposal about new studies.
5	Ability to follow and comment theoretical and practical studies about semantics, and suggest a proposal about new studies.
