Course Objective

Study of the legal status of the surviving spouse of a married person arising from the inheritance law which is especially related to family law and law of property upon the termination of the natural personality as a whole.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to generate solutions for the disputes arising from the termination of natural personality 2   Ability to pursue and evaluate the scientific studies, court decrees and legislation related to the heirship of the spouse 3   Ability to determine the relation of the legal status of the spouse arising from inheritance law with the other branches of law 4   Ability to generate justified, critical and discussable opinion about the heirship of the spouse 5   Ability to improve any scientific studies, court decrees and legislation about the inheritance law
