Course Objective |
The general provisions of the marriage that are located in the between articles 185-201 of the Turkish Civil Code will be examined with concerned legislation and judgment. The Aim of this course is to teach these provisions and to assess of these provisions by comparing with regulations of some foreign legal systems. |

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods |
Students will research about issues that are identified at the beginning of the period, and will prepare seminars. Immediately after the presentations of the seminar the instructor will summarize the issue by own perspective . After the discussions will be carried out with the participation of all students. |
