Course Objective

To master the vocational terminology spoken in travel agencies, accommodation and food and beverage establishments operating in the tourism sector. To provide a conceptual framework that enables students to learn practical and theoretical English for the profession.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To master the language spoken in the sector by learning the vocational terms and their meanings for tourism.
2   To improve speaking skills in vocational English.
3   To develop writing skills in vocational English
4   Increasing sectoral communication skills.
5   To be able to communicate effectively with the guest.
