Course Objective

The aim of this course is to increase the awareness of fertility, to learn the duties, powers and responsibilities of fertility nurse, to be able to plan preconceptional care, to know the necessary conditions and factors affecting fertility, to know the treatment methods in case of fertility problems and to plan appropriate nursing care.

3   To be able to define the factors affecting fertility and explain its effect
4   To know the duties, powers and responsibilities of nurses working in the field of fertility
5   To know the treatment methods in individuals with fertility problems and to plan appropriate nursing interventions
6   To be able to analyze current nursing practices in fertility field
7   To know fertility conservation approaches and the role of nurses in these approaches
