Course Objective

This course aims to enhance the student s skills in care management, solving problem and making decisions clinically based on his/her theorical learning in the field of specialized patient care nursing in accordance with the thesis research Studenthas chosen.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Student integrates the advanced theorical information acquired in nursing of the special patient care in surgical field.
2   Student analyzes patient datas in nursing of the special patient care in surgical field and decide on correct nursing attempt.
3   Student explains the necessities of the nursing attempts by using physiopathological mechanisms datas in nursing of the special patient care in surgical field .
4   Student uses the evidence-based guides and up-to-date information datas in nursing of the special patient care in surgical field .
5   During the clinical practice student shows awareness of legal and ethic issues
