Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach all healthcare professionals working in the health sector, especially the physicians in managerial positions, basic principles such as determining the situation, determining priority and planning in health services management and Presidency, Community Health Center, Family Health Center, etc.) to show methods of evaluation of health services.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knows the basic theoretical information about public health and primary health care.
2   It makes a determination of the situation at the regional and institutional level.
3   Identifies the priority managerial problems.
4   Makes action planning.
5   Knows personnel management, leadership, motivation and control principles.
6   Knows the principles of corporate management, strategy and SWOT analysis.
7   Evaluates the managerial practices.
