Course Objective

At the end of the course the students will be able to analyzing the structure of the learning and teaching theories and they will be able to utilize them in curriculum development process.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to exemplify the meanings of the terms related with the theories of learning and teaching.
2   Students will be able to comprehend the principles of the learning theories.
3   Students will be able to interpret the relationships between the learning theories and the teaching approaches.
4   Students will be able to use the principles of the learning theories to analyze the needs of target audience.
5   Students will be able to evaluate the candidate goals and objectives in curriculum design according to principles of the learning theories.
6   Students will be able to determine the proper teaching approaches for curriculum design.
7   Students will be able to planning the teaching activities properly in curriculum design.
8   Students will be able to interpret the program outcomes by utilizing the learning and teaching theories.
9   Students will be able to detect the educational problems based on the learning and teaching theories.
10   Students will be able to establish relationships between the educational practices and research on the learning and teaching.
