Course Objective

It is aimed to learn and discuss the parties in the Procedural and enforcement law theoretical and to know the important issues of Supreme Cours

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to know generally the parties in the civil procedure law and have information the theories about parties.
2   Being able to know regarding the legal requirements of parties (for exp. the legal capasities..) and knowing the decisions of the Supreme Court related to these issues.
3   Being able to to know capacity of parties, capacity and understand their differences of the topics.
4   Being able to know conditions and results of the substition of parties and discuss the dicisions of the Supreme Court.
5   Being able to know the typs and results of joinder of parties and discuss the decisions.
6   Being able to have information regarding third party intervent,on through filing action and the supportive third party intervention
7   Being able to know the parties in enforcement law.

ın this lesson will be given some research papers and seminar papers for a better understanding of the topics. In addition, Supreme Court decisions will be discuss.

Assessment Criteria

The student should have knowledge about parties and the other topics and understand their conditions an results. In addition, the student has to write the research and seminar papers.

Attendance is required for the cours. If the student cannot attend the class due to a serious and importtant excuse. He/She shoud inform the instructor about this before the lesson. Active participation is expected from the students, so it necessary to come to the course bey prepariing for the research or examination assigment given earlier.
