Course Objective

It is aimed to give information about types of interventions by the employer in the private life and personal data of the employee during the employment relation and their compliances with law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to determine the importance of protection of the private life and personal data of the employee in the working life.
2   To be able to evaluate the rules about the private life and personal data of the employee in terms of Turkish law.
3   To be able to examine the regulations regarding the private life and personal data of the employee in international law.
4   To be able to evaluate the interferences by the employer with the private life and personal data of the employee.
5   To be able to analyse the conflicts about this subject encountered in the courts.
