Course Objective |
In terms of effective use of local secret power and sources and meeting of local communities requirements, to analyse theoretical substructures of these models that are presented as democratic and effective administration and planning perception with old models comparatively. It is planned that such kind of a work will be useful in terms of understanding the new role of public policies in development and planning. Also this is important for students in the period of "Development Agencies" law. |
