Course Objective

It is aimed to make student have theoretical and historical information about Balkans and Türkiye relations according to chronological process and to make him/her get information about hypothetical and practical problems of minorities.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Defines the concept of diplomacy
2   Explains the meaning of diplomacy in historical process
3   Defines Balkans as an international sub-system by taking reference from basic criterias
4   Orders Balkans States and defines political systems for each one
5   Analyses Balkan States in terms of Turkish Foreign Policy
