Course Objective

It is aimed to understand the role of the bureaucracy in the modernization process in Türkiye, and the bureaucracy of political power relations in our country today, it is important to understand the functioning of the political and administrative structure in Türkiye.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to understand development of bureaucracy in the historical process and to reveal the relationship between state-of-the bureaucracy and social structure
2   Being able to reveal the administrative relations between primitive, traditional, feudal, and modern societies
3   Being able to reveal the structure of the bureaucracy Ottoman Period
4   Being able to explain Today's Turkish bureaucracy in comparison .
5   Being able to analyze the theoretical framework
