Course Objective

To provide general information about Human Resources Management functions and application processes, to understand current applications of human resources management and to provide the ability to evaluate applications concretely by conducting research.

1   Being able to know relation between Human Resource Management and its functions
2   Being able to use job interview and interview techniques
3   Being able to identify and define competencies which meets qualifications and expectations of the client
4   Being able to configure the job search process, specific to clients
5   Being able to learn tools and institutions used in the process of job search

Assessment Criteria

All learning outcomes are measured through mid-term exams, surveys, analysis and report creation, contribution to group work, presentations and final exams.

Course Policies and Rules

There is a 70% attendance requirement for the course.

Other policies and conditions will be shared with students by the course instructor at the beginning of the semester.

Two different surveys and interviews will be conducted during the semester.

Students will work in groups. The number of presentation responsibilities may vary.

Students will work in established groups.

Guests may be invited to the course and the program flow may change.
