Course Objective

To deal with the fear of job loss and the employability in all its parts and to evaluate with its human resources dimensions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To define the job insecurity and the effective factors. 2   To discuss the consequences and preventions of job insecurity. 3   To explain the concept of employability and the effective factors. 4   To develop the approaches about employability as a human resources practices. 5   To make researches about job insecurity and employability.
