Course Objective

To understand Employers and employees in the economic and social conditions and to regulate the terms, either to a collective bargaining agreement, disputes peacefully means that analysis of the principles and procedures of strikes and lockouts to students. Therefore to provide the functioning of public perceptions of the current business dealings.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to define collective bargaining agreement, the concepts of strike and lockout
2   To be able to reveal the diffences of collective bargaining relationship and individual dealings
3   To be able to explain the use of the legal rights to strike and lock-out the statutory
4   To be able to reveal the difference in conflict mediation of interest with the rights the development of the institution
5   To be able to examine situated on the existing legal systems, especially France regulations and identify the differences between the Turkish legal system
