Course Objective

This course aims to provide the integration of strategic management theory and practices with the complex, multidimensional concept of sustainability seeking a balance between economic, ecological, and social needs, systems, and processes for future generations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1 To have knowledge about the conceptual framework of Sustainable strategic management.
2   2 To have knowledge about the process of strategy development and strategic analysis in SSM
3   3 To gain the ability to analyze the external and internal environment in the context of Sustainable strategic management.
4   4 To obtain information on the implementation and developing the strategies.
5   5 To learn how to evaluate and control sustainable strategic results.
