Course Objective

Businesses functions, objectives, types, stages of organization, relationships with their environment in which they operate, use technologies, organizational structures, effectiveness, efficiency, and performance measurement, management functions, the behavior of employees within the enterprise, advanced level of knowledge about the relationship between all of these variables, strategic planning, decision-making processes and the application of the role of human relations, business effectiveness, efficiency and performance of internal and external factors on the sectoral characteristics, analyze the causes and creating alternative ways of evaluating the results, critical thinking and interpretation, evaluation skills and competence development of relations
