Course Objective

To enable students to develop thinking practices on materials and / or techniques other than traditional methods by reaching the knowledge and synthesis of the experiences they have gained during their undergraduate period.Students consider art as a field of knowledge production and experience, conduct research using artistic tools in line with their personal tendencies, and reveal the activity of generating creative ideas by experimental applications.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understands the importance of researcher, questioning and experimental methods.
2   Gains knowledge of the application forms of today's art.
3   The researcher gains an identity in formatting methods.
4   Improves the ability to use different materials and to think and produce outside of traditional methods.
5   To be able to engage in creative and critical studies in a way to explore the dynamics of contemporary art.
