Course Objective

Special Techniques in Quality Management course is intended to a general introduction of the modern methods of quality management. In this course, the techniques which are increasingly important in recent years, will be examined and sample of applications of these techniques will be discussed. The major aim of the course is to help students to use and apply these techniques and interpret and report the results
