Course Objective

To create a significant level of awareness for the health, safety and welfare of employees by addressing the special needs and risks of rapidly growing digital platform employees.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understands the specific needs and risks of digital platform employees
2   Learns the need for informative and awareness-raising training specific to platform employees
3   Learns about stress management and mental health of platform employees
4   Understands data protection and security awareness among platform employees
5   Learns the legal and ethical issues that platform employees will face
6   Acquiring skills for establishing and maintaining a culture of occupational health and safety in digital platform environments.
7   Increasing awareness and fostering consciousness regarding occupational health and safety among digital platform workers.
