Course Objective

The aim of this course is to give the potential hazards in laboratory and inroduce conditions and rules necessary for the safe laboratory operation.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learn the principles of safe work in laboratory;
2   Know safety equipment required for the safe operation;
3   Gain information about equipment and materials that must be present in the laboratory as a security system
4   Know the warning and safety signs.
5   Have knowledge about what can be done in a lab accident as a possible first-aid.
