Analyzing the environment of logistics and maritime transport through the perspective of law norms

2 Developing sale contracts and their characteristics
3 Incoterms, their characteristics and relations between international transportation modes
4 Payment terms in international trade, letters of credit procedure and transport documents
5 Classification of Unimodal - Multimodal transportation and sub topics of Multimodal system (Multimodal, Intermodal and combined transport)
6 National and international sources of transport law - Analyzing transport law according to Hague, Hague Visby and Hamburg Regulations
7 National and international sources of transport law - Analyzing transport law according to CMR
8 Midterm Exam
9 National and international sources of transport law - Analyzing airway transport law according to Warsaw pact
10 National and international sources of transport law - Analyzinf railway transport law according to CIM-COTIF
