Course Objective

The course will dwell upon analysis of an urban design problem that is to be solved through the process of architectural considerations, which involves more special tasks to be held by students who are graduates of different design fields. The project process intends to give the students the skills to carry out an urban design project on their own with consideration of not only the social background, but also its artistic and technical aspects.

2   To describe the contemporary urban design context in regard to local/national/global dynamics (Comprehension)
3   To interprete the spatial design problem through formulation of the conceptual framework and proper design solutions (Application)
