Course Objective |
The main objectives of the lecture are to understand the definition of the benthic zonation, to learn sampling and sorting methods of benthic samples, to provide an indepth understanding of the bio-ecological features of benthic invertebrates, to explain the impact of pollution on benthic invertebrates and to make a comment about the ecosystem quality with the use of benthic indices. |
