Course Objective

The main objective of this course is to give production methods of ceramic and glass materials which are used in construction and cement industry. Besides, physical, mechanical, mineralogical and micro-structural properties and behaviour of these materials at application fields are aimed to gain by students.

Midterm and final exams are prepared within the scope of the course contents. Students prepare homework and make presentations on the topics chosen by the instructor.
