Course Objective |
It is obligatory that proteins which are one of the macromolecules playing important roles in the life of alives are purified for the applications in many fields such as medical, nutrient and pharmacology. Methods, techniques and strategies utilised for the purification of proteins will be discussed within the context of this course. |
