Course Objective

The aim is to provide to the students basic knowledge on logistics and supply chain management systems, and to Improve the students knowledge and Professional skills on analyzing, designing and modeling logistics systems.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   An ability to define the basic functions of supply chain management.
2   An ability to manage the planning activities in a supply chain, analyze supply chain systems, and design new supply chain systems.
3   An abilty utilize analytical methods to solve real life supply chain optimization problems.
4   An ability to use an integrated systems view to identify and model problems in logistics systems.
