Course Objective

The objective of the course is to introduce the probability concept, probability distributions of random discrete and continuous variables, parameter estimation, test of hypotheses, linear regression and correlation and multiple regression topics in the GIS analyses and RS applications. The statistical analyses of spatial data construct the main frame of the course.
