Course Objective |
In recent years, thanks to its benefits on individual and public health, walking is investigated frequently, and it s recommended to design walkable places, as well encourage people to walk. In order to determine the walkable places qualities, it s important to observe the walking behaviour by multiple methods. In this course it s aimed to examine the methods that researchers used to observe walking behaviour. In addition, students are expected to experience these methods via designed empirical studies by themselves. |
