Course Objective

This course aims to provide initiative role of accumulation, production relationship which organizates urban space, and comprehend the urban/urbanization processes, whit the opportunities and limits of kapital reproduction

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   will be able to define the reletionship in circulation and sharing
2   will be able to describe accumulation regime and regulation mechanism
3   will be able to explain the basic dynamics of urban land market,
4   will be able to examine accumulation policies and the expectation of urban land market
5   will be able to discuss the position of different groups in land market

11 Different groups in the urban land market. Users, real estate, land agents, contractors.
12 Different groups in the urban land market . Government, local authorities, financial institutions.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

This course will be given through lectures. Students will learn topics by attending and listening the lectures. Homeworks will be given to students in 2th Week and they will be asked to prepare their homeworks on the subjects given to them.
