Course Objective

Management and the historical development of the organization, clutch management functions in a coherent way, the causes and management of conflicts in organizations, non-formal organizations, to understand the organizational culture and motivation concepts and develop the interpretation ability

Exams: There will be held on two in class exams; midterm exam and final exam during the semester.
Grades: 50 % Midterm Exam, 50 % Final Exam, 50 % Make-up Exam.
