Course Objective

To examine economy as a basic dynamic of the emergence of modern societies with sociological perspective and to understand its central role to make social analysis

1   To understand economy as one of the major dynamics of social change
2   To relate economy with other social fields 4. To understand the emergence of capitalism in Europe to make comparison to Turkish experience of capitalism
