Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to teach and explain the concept of Administration and Administrative Law, Administrative Law properties, resources, dominating principles of administrative law, administrative organization and dominating principles of this organization, the concept of administrative procedure, administrative operations, public officials and public goods which is moving vehicles of the administration, responsibility for the administration, non-judicial and judical control of the Administration, by examining Organization of Administrative Justice and Administrative Procedure; to sue in administrative judiciary, occurrence and termination of the proceedings.

1   To distinguish the administration organic and functional sense
2   To distinguish administrative acts, administrative contracts and administrative actions
3   To use the basic concepts and institutions and tools of the administrative law and
4   To compare the ways of non-judicial and judicial control of the administration; to distinguish "Administrative jurisdiction" with the the audit process in other ways to judicial review
5   To implement the Administrative Jurisdiction Legislation by examining
