Course Objective

The object of this lecture is teaching of judicial body and ruling action, familiarizing of the court authorities, relations between these authorities and persons who are taking part direct and indirect in this ruling activity. In this way, apprehending notions what take part in other law lectures. In addition, by in this lecture, is aimed at showing the process of ruling system of Türkiye and international ruling system.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Apprehending the relations between the State's legislation-execution-judicator power
2   Learning of process style ruling action
3   Familiriazing of judicial bodies in Judicial authority of Türkiye.
4   Apprehending the relations of judicial bodies.
5   To know the persons who are charged with a duty in ruling action.
6   Acquiring the general knowledge about Türkiye ruling system.
7   Learning the sense of Türkiye law system process.
