Course Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce the basic concepts and institutions of Civil Law to the students. In this course, will be explained to the students the importance of Civil Law, its relationship with other branches of law, its sources, its basic principles, the basic principles of the law of obligations and the law of persons.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to be knowledgeable about the beginning provisions of the Turkish Civil Code, the provisions in the law of persons of the Turkish Civil Code, the general provisions of the Code of Obligations.
2   Be able to form a sound basis for Information on Civil Law II course with this basic information in the field of Civil Law.
3   Be able to suggest a solution against relavant problem with using the information of the Civil Law.
4   Be able to acquire the ability of the legal correspondence about the issues related to the Civil Law.
5   Be able to help to all comers about the matters of the Civil Law.
