Course Objective

Course objectives are to introduce general classification of the judicial organization, and to teach the tasks of court clerks and the management of the offices in courts to the students of the Vocational School of Justice which trains court clerks. Also its objective is to teach litigation fees and notification procedure.

General classification of judicial organization. 2 Rules of office and court management 3 Rules of office and court management 4 Management of offices in Chief Public Prosecutor s Office. Rules for files and records 5 Rules of offices in Criminal Court of First Instance 6 Rules, forms and content of records required in Criminal Court of First Instance 7 Rules, forms and content of files required in Criminal Court of First Instance 8 Rules, forms and content of files and records required in Civil an Commercial Court of First Instance 9 Rules, forms and content of files and records required in Civil an Commercial Court of First Instance 10 Introducing litigation fees and Act of Fees. 11 Obligation, derogation, and exemption of litigation fees 12 Criterion, forms and ratio of litigation fees 13 1st Midterm 14 1st Midterm 15 Due date of litigation fees and consequences of overdue. Case study of determining and calculating litigation fees. 16 Office Organization in courts and prosecution offices.
