Course Objective

The course aims to bring the student to a certain maturity in drawing and detail solution of a building application project By combining the subjects covered in construction science courses within the scope of a complex programmed project subject.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to design a project that will use more than one construction system in line with the determined topic
2   to transfer the knowledge learned in construction, contemporary structural systems and building material courses to the designed project
3   to transform an architectural design into an application project
4   to analyze the details of an architectural project

1 Introduction of the project topic, discussing the program, library and online research, examination and presentation of at least three examples related to the project topic. Preparing individual project
2 Starting the 1/100 scale project work, Explaining the designs, defending the projects with their reasons and goals, Submitting research on the project subject. Site plan analysis Preparing individual project
3 1/100 scale Project work, Explaining the designs, defending the projects with their reasons and goals Preparing individual project
4 Submission of 1/100 scale project (10:30 am). Start to work on 1/50 scale application project Preparing individual project
