Course Objective

The aim of this internship is for students to observe masonry works, concrete preparation and pouring, ironwork, mould manufacturing, roofing applications and other scaled works in a construction site environment.

1   Recognizing the manufacture of application, excavation, backfilling, foundation / subbasement
2   Recognizing the manufacture of cast preparation, hammering, disassembly, maintanence
3   Recognizing the manufacture of ironwork in reinforced concrete
4   Recognizing the manufacture of concrete (preperation, transportation, casting, maintenance
5   Recognizing the manufacture of wall masonry work (especially brick)
6   Recognizing the manufacture of roof (timber and tile work)

1 Manufactures of application, excavation, backfilling, foundation / subbasement Observation of the manufactures and transfer to the internship notebook.
2 Manufactures of cast preparation, hammering, disassembly, maintanence Observation of the work and transfer to the internship notebook
3 Manufactures of ironwork in reinforced concrete, Manufactures of concrete (preperation, transportation, casting, maintenance) Observation of the work and transfer to the internship notebook
4 Manufactures of wall masonry work (especially brick) Observation of the work and transfer to the internship notebook

Making individual observations at the construction site and transferring the observations to the internship notebook with written and visual expression.

Further Notes About Assessment Methods

Students are required to transfer the construction site, which they observe in accordance with the requirements for 20 working days, to the internship notebook in written and visual form. The internship will be finalized with the evaluation of the internship notebooks and the information given by the site supervisor about the student also affects the evaluation of the internship as successful / unsuccessful.
