Course Objective

The aim of the course is to give to the candidates of architecture general knowledge about the forms of conduct of the architectural profession, the legal limitations and Regulatory information, professional audit, settlements, planning, urban problems and the legal dimension of implementation

1   Identify different forms of the conduct of the profession of Architecture
2   Differentiate applicable laws and legal systems related to architecture and planning
3   Describe institutions-organizations in the professional practices
4   Recognise the legal responsibilities of professional practice
5   Prepare the necessary documents and a legal perspective , to make application for the project

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

1. Lecture
During the course, the lecturer will provide information on the subject.
2. Guest Presentations
There will be presentations within the scope of the course by the Municipality Zoning Director and professionals in freelance architecture practice, who were determined at the beginning of the semester.

2. All issues will take place in the final examination.
3. During the course, class participation, and student responses to questions by the course instructor will be considered as opinion.
