Course Objective

The course is aimed to give basic legal principles that should be taken in the consideration during the preparation and implementation of urban plans and providing a general framework for our planning legislations.

1   Discuss the concepts such as rights, justice, public interests,
2   Define legal, professional and ethical responsibilities of the planner,
3   Recognise legislations concerned with planning,
4   Associate planning and law,
5   Evaluate current planning legislation.
