Course Objective |
The aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge about management issues in the Mining Engineering profession and to introduce practices to gain skills in the methods that can be applied in leadership and management issues in mining stages. |

Assessment Criteria |
The evaluation criteria of the course consists of a midterm exam, a group assignment/presentation and a final exam. In the group assignment, a group presentation will be made in which all the lectures will be applied in a real-life case study. |
