Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide knowledge on mineralogy, occurrences, origin and uses of natural zeolites.

1   To be able to learn natural zeolites and their characteristic features
2   To be able to identify mineralogy of natural zeolites
3   To be able to define origin and occurrence of natural zeolites
4   To be able to comment chemical environment for zeolite occurrences
