Course Objective

The objectives of this course are three folded:
Short history of architecture, fundamental architectural concepts for engineers, forms in architecture, technical architectural terms and projects, reading an architectural project, elements of a building, constructing a common language between engineers and architects.

10 Architectural projects of different building types
11 Reading and understanding architectural projects
12 The importance of linguistic unity and harmonious work between architects and engineers
