Course Objective

The aim o the course is to give student the three dimensional design methods and mathematical models o structural system.
In the course, end displacements and internal forces of mebers of three dimensional structures will be obtained using matrix-displacement method.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To design three dimensional structual systems.
2   To define the mathematical models o structures systems.
3   To calculate end forces and displacements of bars of three dimensional structural systems.
4   To compare matrix methods with other solution methods.
5   To compare three dimensional structural systems with two dimensiaonal structural systems.
